Postage
Items can be picked up or will be posted via the most appropriate courier
service at the time of sale, usually TNT or Australia post on small items.
Please provide a fixed address, not a PO Box and a contact number. Upon
dispatch the tracking number will be added to the sale on Ebay. We will combine
postage on multiple items. Please check the postage & payments tab as some
areas have a freight surcharge. All our freight is sent with insurance. Any
damages must be reported within 24hrs of receiving item & photos of the
damage, the box & the delivery labels will be required. Tracking will be
checked to confirm delivery time. No responsibility for damages after this 24hr
period has expired will be accepted. Item will not ship until Payment, address
& email is received. Cannot post to parcel lockers.
We do NOT sell outside of Australia.
General information

contact us. We highly recommend we check your V.I.N to ensure the part is
correct for your vehicle. All parts on clearance have a no
return/exchange policy. If damage has occurred during transit, a replacement
will NOT be available. We accept PayPal, direct deposit or cash on pickup for
items picked up in store. For instore pickups please contact us first to ensure
item is on shelf.
Returns are accepted,
however there is a 15% handling fee and freight paid by buyer. Contact must be
made before approval of return; photo's must be supplied.
Handling
Items listed are in stock (at time of listing) and ready for shipping within
2-4 days of receiving payment. Also please note that our warehouse is staffed
Mon-Fri so items purchased late Friday afternoon or over the weekend will not
be processed until Monday morning.
Feedback
If any problem should occur please contact us prior to leaving feedback &
we will endeavour to resolve any concerns. We will automatically leave positive
feedback as soon as it is given to us.
