SHIPPING AND HANDLING:  Buyer to pay shipping and handling as set forth in the listing.    All cards with Shipping and Handling charges of $3.99 or above are shipped in a bubble mailer or box.  If Shipping and Handling is less than $3.99, cards will be shipped in and envelope with protection OR a cardboard CD Case.
