Vintage pencil skirt has a red/white/blue ladies union made tag.  It hasn't a content tag.

It looks and feels like wool with a machine wash care tag.  Dusty rose colors in maroon blue plaid.

Without issues.  Belt Not Included.  Waist 23  hip 38  length 27.
