Shipping (UK Mainland) Shipping cost shown is for delivery to a UK mainland address. An over water surcharge of between £10- £50 will apply to non-mainland UK locations for all courier deliveries. Please contact us for further details.

Processing time - We will endeavour to process / pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment. Postage time will be additional to this ( dependent on postage service ).

Express Delivery - Our express delivery option offers a 24 hour delivery service and this is achieved by our couriers in 95-98% of deliveries. If the delivery commitment is not achieved by the courier, please contact us and we will refund your Express Delivery charge.

Shipping (Outside UK) - 
Conditions for delivery outside of the UK where duty and /or taxes are applicable

Deliveries to all countries outside the UK will be subject to import duties and / or taxes at the customs border of the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all charges of this nature.

If a customer refuses to pay these charges and the order is returned to us by the courier, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping charges and these will be removed from any subsequent refund due to the customer

If you are a business based in the EU, please include your EORI number in your address details. Please refer to your country specific customs requirements for more details.
