This vinyl has sticky adhesive on the back side.  A paper liner is peeled off the back to expose the adhesive surface. Will stick to most clean, smooth surfaces.  Often used for signs, letters and numbers, auto and truck graphics, decals, fishing lures, crafts, amusements, toys and novelties. 3 mil thick vinyl, can be cut on Stikas, cricuts, rolands, silhouettes, and other computer controlled vinyl cutters and plotters.
