Edition of 1863 of this treaty of therapeutical written by the french physician Armand Trousseau (1801-1867).
Trousseau in 1828 was charged to lead some investigations about some epidemice in South France.
He was the first french physician to practize tracheotomy, he discovered the Syndrome of Trousseau and the sign of tetania Latente di Trousseau.
