Alarm has a wrist strap that can be attached or worn when going for a walk, jog etc. and it has a trigger pin inserted. When that trigger pin is pulled from the device the alarm sounds.

Upon command, the pin can easily be pulled out for the alarm to sound in case you are in danger

The device requires 1 - 9 V battery – battery not included
