This is a Stainless Steel Back Scratcher. It's telescopic. It's 17cm at it's smallest and 50cm long when fully extended. It's got 5 little "fingers" to scratch. I've used many back scratchers before usually wooden ones but this one is by far my favourite. It's smaller so I keep it next to my bed, it extends longer than my other wooden ones that don't extend and I feel like Stainless is cleaner as it's washable and can be easily cleaned. Also offers a more satisfying scratch in my opinion.
