1. Q: How to turn it on and off? After turning off, the screen shows "OFF" until I unplug it , is it normal?
A: Please hold down the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn it on, the iron turns on and begins to heat up to 380℉ and you can see the srceen says damaged, it just means the temperature is suitable for damaged hair type instead of the flat iron is damaged. 2. Q: What does "FRAGILE", "DAMAGED" and HEALTHY" mean?
