Their expanded twin-tube design also increases fluid capacity by 50 percent to reduce internal operating temperatures. Pro-X shocks are specially designed to integrate with Pro Comp suspension systems. They feature 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, a 1 3/8 in. nylon-banded full-displacement piston, and a large 5/8 in. hard-chromed piston rod. They`re available for stock-height and lifted suspensions.

In order to qualify for warranty you need to provide us with detailed pictures of the issue and a description of what is happening.
We then send this information to manufacturer for their decision either to grant or reject the warranty.
If warranty is granted we need the item to be sent back with return instructions provided. Once delivered and inspected we then send out a replacement.
Shipping is paid by the BUYER both ways to and from manufacturer for all warranty issues.
If you need a replacement before sending out a defective item (ex: replacing a shock absorber) we will take a refundable deposit for an item and ship the replacement and issue a refund once you send us back the defective item and manufacturer approves the warranty.
