This is a vintage used dashboard gauge from an antique automobile. This was an Ampere and Water gauge. Water module is missing. It is marked A.C. Made in USA on back; and face is brass with a nickel plating. It measures 3-7/8" x 2-3/4" excluding flanges and mounts. Amp guage looks to be workable. This is sold as is with no guarantees. There are no off odors.
