Captain Beefheart Archives -
This is from , in excellent condition...the original album - an original an arresting, original album that sounds as vibrant and alive today as years ago - Great songs, banter, Psycho humor from the man you have tried hard to ignore, but can't any longer !! Get ZAPPED, and step into the world of Hell and Misdemeanors. Frank is there for you, with a revolving cast of endless criminals and deranged lobby sitting, drooling psychos, you love to try and not look at, like a car accident. We're ready when YOU are !!
Brief Interview from the Lost Chord, inside the Cosmic Darkness of Lost Baggage :
Interviewer : It appears, a total loss of consciousness here on the collection, the Zaperino..
Dark Tank : Yes, it's true. The Zapster is not really on this CD, it's an illusion. I think he was in Glendale on business when this CD was made. He was rumored to be buying groceries at this time. But it can't be verified. He's still buying groceries, I found out.
Interviewer : Is there anything else you can add to this CD collection for our readers ?
Dark
Tank :
I can, but my methodical organ is not working at this time. It's
too deep to discuss this further. The regressions are not in place, and
the order is too fractured. It's best at times to just let go, and
understand that so little can really be divined where there is nothing
to be divined. We have to feel the great chords envelope us. It's about
letting go into the dark void, from which there is no leaving or going.
It's just there...He seemed to have found, moist and yet, not alive on
this CD. The dark chords and the air are profound, and the resonance is
that of a moldy shoe in the sunshine. It's best not to dwell on these
things.
Interviewer : Well, I don't think either of us care that much, so, let's just weep silently, for all eternity.
Dark Tank : OK.
Superb !
