Product care information:
- Please hand wash on a low temperature (30 degrees), inside out with no fabric conditioner.
- Do NOT tumble dry.
- When ironing, do not iron directly on top of the print. Ideally iron inside out to prevent damage to the design.
All items are sent with free delivery, typically items take between 3-5 working days to be shipped, however due to the current situation please allow up to 10 days.
All items are well packaged and in the event of an item being damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can amend the issue.
Returns:
All pre-printed items can be returned if they are unworn, unwashed and have not been used. In the case of a return the buyer is responsible for the postage cost.
Personalised and custom printed items cannot be returned. In the rare case that a mistake has been made on our end please contact us so we can amend it as quickly as possible.
Faulty and damaged products are eligible for a return. In this occasion the seller is responsible for the return shipping cost.
