Condition is "Like New". ALL CONTENTS are in MINT- condition as shown in the pics and all are GENUINE AUTHENTIC ORIGINAL contents : booklet, case insert, and game disc with the ONLY EXCEPTION being the actual plastic game case (which is MINT and NEW) as I have detailed in the NOTE below!

NOTE: I REPLACED the outer plastic case with an OEM style BRAND NEW outer case as shown! It is virtually IDENTICAL in every way to the original case, with the benefit of looking FLAWLESS in a brand new case which allows the artwork to POP just like it was just opened brand new! They are sturdy and they look fantastic. So this case in my opinion make this a DISPLAY WORTHY piece as it makes the GENUINE ORIGINAL CASE INSERT incredibly sharp and vivid! I am confident the buyer will be VERY PLEASED with the NEW case over a shelf worn old case!
