This listing is for a Rare Triad HF-18A Triode/Pentode Tube Amplifier HSM-189 Output can use KT88/KT66. This amplifier was gone through by a highly qualified and competent technician and is in good working condition. The amplifier is quite rare and is an exceptionally nice sounding amplifier and can be used in both Triode and Pentode operation. The last picture is of the description of the HF-18 type amplifiers (models HF-18, HF-18A and Hf-18C) from the 1955 Triad Catalog. The difference of the models revolves around each model using different output transformers. The HF-18A uses a HSM-189 output transformer has a frequency response of 7-50,000 Cycles. The last picture also has the schematic of the amplifier.
