No publisher given. Postally used in 1905 to Mrs. Brough, 173 Mount Pleasant, Redditch. Mrs. Brough was Harriet Ann Gibbs Brough, age 51. She’d been born Harriet Ann Gibbs Palmer, the daughter of Job Palmer, milliner. She married George Frederick Brough in 1875 and they ran a family draper/tailor/milliner business from various addresses. In the 1901 Census she was living with her husband, a grown up daughter and a 12 year old son plus a housemaid. By 1911 she was widowed, living at ‘The Leys’, Worcester Road, Redditch with three adult children; in 1919 she’s listed at 11 Eversham Street (much longer than it is today) but with her abode at 23a Worcester Road, which disappeared a long time ago. She died on 9th October 1926. Fair condition, bottom edge wear.
