Once you purchase I will send a form to you with all the info we will need to set up your account and then we will program the panel and ship the system to your location and schedule a time with one of our installers to walk you through the keystrokes on your keypad to activate your system.  Once that is done we will have you send off test signals to verify everything is working.  After the installation we will send out your certificate of monitoring so you can forward to your insurance company.
