Store Policy     

• By purchasing from our store, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the policies mentioned in this page in addition to the eBay policies.

       Shipping:

• No international shipping.
• Buyer's shipping address must match the eBay account address.
• Contact us first for a solution if you noticed a mistake in your address after the purchase is completed.
• We ship within two business days of receiving cleared payment.
• Shipping is Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• We may switch the shipping service if it is more efficient or faster.
• eBay collects state sales tax on the sold items where applicable by law.

       Return:

• Please do not start a return before contacting us, we guarantee your satisfaction and will address any possible issue.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date on eligible listings for Domestic Purchases. No International Returns.
• Item must be returned in the same condition it was received, otherwise buyer receives a partial refund.
• Returns are not acceptable if security tape is removed from the item.
• We may deduct up to 50% of the item's value if it is returned with tampered or removed security tape.
• Buyer is responsible for the return's shipping cost.
• The original shipping cost is not refundable.
• 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned itmes.
• In the event that Item was returned to us due to an invalid address, recipient not matching the address, or item was not claimed by the buyer upon delivery, we will deduct the shipping cost and 15% restocking fee from total refund send to the buyer.

       Cancellation:

• Please request a cancellation through eBay to start the process.
• If the item is not shipped, we will cancel your order and refund you within one business day, or when your funds are available for refund.
• Cancellation is available only for "Buy It Now" transactions. Auction style listings, or offers accepted by the seller or the buyer, are not eligible for cancellation.

       Customer Service:

• We always try to provide an honest and detailed description of the item but nobody is perfect and we may miss something it the process.
• Before opening an eBay case, if there is any problem with your order, please contact us first and give us a chance to resolve the problem.
• Visit your eBay account and use "Contact Seller" to receive a reply within 24 hours. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.

• Please do not leave negative or natural feedback before contacting us. There is no possible way for you or us to delete them after your issue is addressed and resolved.
