TOO Beautiful for words to describe, pictures do not do it justice so I will try to describe it best I can,  CUT GLASS ABP or EAPG ? C. 1880  A NICE  LARGE DECANTER standing about 16 inches tall  with Stopper, I know nothing about this type of glass, THE QUALITY OF THIS LOVELY DECANTER INDICATES IT WAS MADE BY ONE OF THE FINER  GLASS FACTORIES DURING THE AMERICAN BRILLIANT PERIOD. Look at the pictures of the top cut on stopper & bottom of the decanter. Now I'm not 100 % sure that this is the original stopper, as I stated I know nothing about this type of glass. Very Elegant Looking. The Decanter is in Excellent Condition, No chips, cracks or repairs, the stopper has Flea bites I guess you would call them on the very end that sits down into the top opening. The decanter needs cleaned as you can see but I do not have A bottle brush. If you know the Maker I Would Love to know. The shipping set for this is for priority mail at 10 lbs. now should it be less I will do A partial Pay Pal shipping refund. item#9000012-3703  some one ask me if this is BIRKS RODEN CUT GLASS ? Some one ask me if this is possiably St. Louis or old Bacarrat? I do not know who the maker is. .
