Returns are accepted if the item is not functional or as described within 14days of receiving

If the item you received is faulty, or it has missing parts, please contact us via ebay message or returns resolution centre, send a clear image of the fault, or an image of all items received. These will be looked at by our returns department, and they will inform you about the next step. 

The cost of returning the product will be at the customer?s expense if the item is returned after 14 days of purchase, also 20% restocking fees will be deducted. 

We regret that refund and return are not accepted if; 

? If the damage is caused by misuse or abuse, mishandling, misassembly
? If the damage is caused by improper handling and storage
? If the damage resulting from improper maintenance
? The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear
? The warranty doesn't cover return shipping

You must notify us of your intent to return the item to us through using eBay Message service. Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.
Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and original invoice.
A full refund of the order total will be processed however; the Buyer is responsible for return postage cost and insurance. 
Once item received, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
