We are a UK registered company and all items are stored and dispatched from our store in Bude, Cornwall.

Our VAT number is UK912379425, VAT invoices are provided on request.

Our opening hours are 9:00 to 15:30 weekdays, we are closed on weekends and Bank holidays.

Payment can be made by using the eBay checkout system, sending a cheque or calling the shop on (01840) 230273 and paying using a credit or debit card.

If you accidentally press 'pay by other' during checkout you may need to call us to pay by card.

All items ordered and paid for before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, items ordered over the weekend period will be dispatched the next working day (usually Monday).

FREE DELIVERY: The free delivery option is via Royal Mail 48, this usually takes 2-4 working days.

24 HOUR DELIVERY: This option is available on most listings for £0.95p (UK ONLY), this is sent via Royal Mail 24 and is usually delivered the next working day but is not a guaranteed service. If you require a guaranteed service please call the office.

DPD NEXT DAY:  Please note that DP is a weekday only service, if you order on Friday morning it will not arrive until Monday.  If you want a Saturday delivery I would advise the 'Other 24 hour courier' which is Royal Mail who do deliver on Saturdays.

Next day delivery does not apply over the weekends or include Sunday. Items ordered after 11am on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning.

All of our items are for off-road use only unless otherwise stated.

Do not use any items on road legal vehicles unless stated in the listing that they are suitable.

Returns are to be paid by the customer unless previously agreed.

Items that are being returned should be returned within 30 days and must be returned in the same condition they were sent in.

If an item arrives damaged you should contact us straight away, do not use the item or try to return without contacting us first.
