  • PayPal is currently the only method of payment available.

Shipping

  • Orders are usually shipped out same day however, some orders can require 1-2 business days for additional processing once the payment is cleared. Please keep in mind that this does not include weekends.
  • We try to ship and fulfill as many orders as possible throughout the day, Expedited orders have a cut off time of 2PM EST. If an expedited order comes in after that time period it will be fulfilled the next business day.
  • Our warehouse is located in Metuchen, NJ. The further away you are from this location the longer it will take to get your order.

We use FedEx and USPS as primary carriers for our shipments. Large and expensive products are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Only Standard shipping to the continental US is currently available. We will unlock more shipping options in the future. If you require your items urgently or would like more options please contact us.

Terms

  • We only sell items in brand new condition.
  • We do not auction items.

Returns

Refund/Return policy information:
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item new, unused, with tags and original packaging. We respectfully request that you not write on the packaging. All items undergo a return inspection. If your item is returned back to us used or outside the 30 day return policy we will either reject your package or a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

If you are unable to generate a return label or cannot afford the shipping costs please reach out to us and we can provide you with a discounted label to return the item back. The cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund.

Damaged/Used Goods:
If you are attempting to return Used or Damaged goods you may be subject to restocking fees of up to 80% or we may refuse the package. We only sell new products so if you receive Damaged or Semi-New items we will cover the costs to return and replace the products. If the items have become damaged during use, it is responsibility of the offending party to cover the costs. If you receive your item damaged from the Airline please contact them to cover the costs.

Luggage Repair:
We do not have an on-site Repair Center, however all products are covered by the manufacturers warranty and you have to visit the manufacturers website for further information. If you are having issues you may Contact us for assistance.

Your Refund:
Items returned because of seller error will receive 100% of the items price Items returned not because of seller error, new, unused will receive 100% minus the original cost to ship the item out. Items returned past the 30 day return window will receive 75% of the items price. Items past 60 days will not be accepted. items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition will receive only up to 50% of the items price. Items returned used past 30 days will not be accepted.
