Kuntao is a punishing art, characterized by tearing and breaking. It is totally combat oriented and is so effective, it's practice is banned in modern day Indonesia. Roberto Torres' style of Kalasag Kuntao Silat is based on three systems: Petjut Kilat Silat, Visitacion Kuntao and Wu Kung Kuntao. He was given permission to teach this system by his instructors.

Part 1: Basic Fundamentals - Stepping Forms, Shielding Hands, Blocks, Bridging Hands, Kicking, Fighting Hands, footwork patterns, blows & elbow locks/breaks, defenses and more! 55 minutes.
Part 2: Forms (Sayaws) 1-15 and Applications (Gamit) - Fighting keys are hidden in dance forms. You'll learn 15 forms & fighting applications. Also, finishing kicks, takedowns, whiplash throws, Monkey moves, spiraling throws, nerve hits, slipping, parrying, retreating, spinning sweeps and more! 50 minutes.
Part 3: Standing Grappling (Buno) - Manipulating the centerline, Buno's flowing throws, foot traps, 8 direction throwing, triangle throwing and more! 58 minutes.
Part 4: Weapons (Sandatas) - Strikes, 12 angles of attack, defense, disarms and free sparring with the stick or blade! 50 minutes.
