We aim to give you a frank and honest appraisal of the record and cover condition, please bear in mind that these are not new items, the majority have been in long term storage and most of our records are many decades old, so expect some ageing. All our records are checked and photographed under bright LED lighting,
All records are removed from the paper sleeve for safe transport prior to shipping.

30 DAY WARRANTY: All items unless stated otherwise carry a 30 day warranty with inclusive free experienced technical support via ebay message. Returns are dealt with on a return to base policy, if we are made aware of the problem within the warranty period, we guarantee to repair or replace in the first instance, if we are unable to do either we will refund you. If you have to return the item please ensure it is packed correctly and with everything it was sent with, plus a short note describing the problem and the eBay reference/item number.

We use APC Overnight and Royal Mail to get your goods quickly and safely to your doorstep. All 24hr orders paid for before 2PM weekdays will be dispatched the same day. You will always be informed of the dispatch via eBay. Tracking is uploaded onto eBay when the label is generated
Collection in person is available on for all our listings. When collecting you must have the ‘QR Collection’ code which is sent by email from eBay when checkout is completed
Pallet shipping where available is a Kerbside Drop Service Only. It is recommended that you have someone to help unload at the time of delivery. Please provide a mobile number to help avoid your delivery being delayed
The best way to contact us is via an eBay message, we do not reply to e-mail. When sending a message with a question or referring to your order please ensure you send the message from the actual "contact seller" link from the Running Listing or your Purchase History.
OPENING/COLLECTION TIMES: We are open Monday-Friday 10-4 (closed between 1-2 for lunch). We are closed Weekends and Bank Holidays.

If we can't get the issue resolved and you need to return the order please open an eBay Return Request. This can be accessed from your Purhase History
Any item sent to us without information will be held for 7 days before being disposed of and any remumeration made void.
Is collection in person available on any of your items?
Yes, only accept cash on collection. We don't accept PayPal or any other form of payment on collections.
I've placed an order by mistake but not paid yet, can you cancel?
Sure, from your Purchase History click the 'Contact Seller' link and let us know you that you wish to cancel the order.
I've placed an order by mistake and its been shipped, can you cancel?
Depends. If you get in contact with us before 1PM on the same Date that the order was Dispatched then we should be able to cancel the order with no further action needed from yourself. However if you miss this cut off then 1 of 2 things will happen.
1. We contact the courier before the item is delviered and get it returned without you needing to do anything
2. If all else fails and the order is delivered you will need to open an eBay Return Request. You can find this from your Purchase History.
I have received an order but no longer want it, can I return it?
Yes you may return it for a refund, as long as the item is returned in the exact same condition it left us within 14 days. To begin the return process you will need to open an eBay Return Request, this can be found in your Purchase History.
Can you offer a discount on the shipping if I make more than 1 order
We are happy to combine the shipping for multiple orders but to do so you need to contact us before completing Checkout. Once Checkout is completed the invoice becomes fixed and the only way we could combine would be to cancel the orders and start again.
Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been 'dispatched'. Please let us know the new address by sending us a message through the 'Contact Us' link in your Purchase History.
If the item has already been dispatched you need to let us know ASAP and we can contact the Courier and "try" to get it redirected. If we can't get the order redirected in time the redelivery cost will be down to the buyer
I haven't received my order yet, where is it?
If the items 'estimated delivery' date has passed then please contact us by clicking the 'Contact Us' link in your purchase history and we can chase up the order. Depending on what shipping service you choose, where applicable we will add tracking information so you can track your order. During peak periods there may be a delay with delivery when the courier is exceptionally busy (i.e christmas and public holidays). Extreme weather may also cause delivery delays.
Do I have to pay the postage cost if I collect the item(s)?
No, you can collect during our opening hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but only on selected items, for details please see the shipping option in the advert.
