Cute 6ft Vintage House shaped Ronald McDonald House Tape Measure! Made in the USA. In good working order. On the outside: normal scuffs & scratches from use. The clear plastic front with the Ronald McDonald House logo has what looks to be a tear...but, it is under the plastic? On the backside, a very detailed front door and 2 windows are in 3-D. The tape measure itself does have a slight bend at about 2" and a kink at 3ft. which if you are measuring something you will have to hold the tape measure flat because it wants to curl up. The automatic "re-roll" up button on the chimney works well. 

So, not perfect...but, would be a great addition to a Ronald McDonald House collection or for someone who collects tape measures!
