Characteristics

Crocus are a beautiful flowering plant, a member of the Iris family. We supply Dutch Crocus which are of the highest quality, large in size and guaranteed to grow. They appear in early spring (February-March) and are individually bright in colour.

They look perfect planted in borders, rockery gardens, lawns and also pots. Crocus perform best in large groups and multiply rapidly, once planted list and seperate after 3-4 years, replant and repead the process.

Crocus plants may be small in size but once planted in groups they can make a colourful and eye catching impact.

Instructions for planting

• Plant the bulbs 3-4" deep and 2" apart.
• Plant in groups of 10-25 for a great show!
• Plant in a well drained, moist soil, will tolerate clay, sandy, loamy, chalk and peat type soils.
• Perform best in full sun or partial shade
• Every 3-4 years lift the bulbs and seperate, replant and repeat the process.
