eBay manages all payments via various methods. 
Note; An unpaid case will open automatically for non-payment within 4th day of purchase or auction ends. 

Shipping 
We dispatch as soon as the payment is cleared, Mon-Friday via either Royal Mail or Evri, UK typical delivery takes 2-4 working days. Items are sent either signed for or internationally tracked. Multiple buy discounts available and automatically apply. We endeavour to list shipping costs [if any] as accurately as possible, covering all the costs. We will obtain a receipts/tracking number as proof of posting.  

Highlands, Islands & other remote areas may take longer to deliver goods. 

Returns 
Returns are only accepted for all stated listings and according to our T & C and only if the goods are deemed to be faulty or the listing is incorrect. NOT all items are returnable for various safety reasons. Goods can only be returned within the returns policy, i.e., we MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Goods MUST be returned providing it is in its original condition with Tags/Labels still attached, any seals on the product remain unbroken and for hygiene or safety reasons have not been worn, opened or used. We recommend you return goods via tracked/signed postal service, as you will be responsible for items lost or damaged in post/transit. Once the item is received in satisfactory condition, we will cancel the order and process your refunds, minus any costs. Change of mind post and return postal charges are non-refundable. 
Sorry, NO RETURNS/REFUND on lingerie, hosiery [socks], swimwear, underwear, hats & Jewellery for Safety & Hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
