This is a girl's size 8 black and purple witch's dress. It is black crushed velvet.  There is a faux purple belt with a silver buckle at the waist.  The hem and the ends of the sleeves are trimmed in purple and black tulle with sparkles.  The dress has velcro in the back.  It is in excellent condition.  It measures 28" long with a 26" waist and is 12 1/2" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  There are purple and black striped tights included as well.  Super cute!
