This is a girl's size medium short sleeve witch's costume.  The brand is Rubie's.  The top of the dress is purple crushed velvet with black sleeves.  There is a black piece in the middle of the purple with a gold piece that is laced with black and gold laces.  The skirt is black with tulle strips in purple, orange, and green.  The dress ties in the back.  It is in excellent condition.  It is made of 100% polyester.  The costume measures 29" long with a 20" waist and is 13" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  So cute!
