Payment Methods: We accept payments by PayPal. VAT invoices are sent as the packaging label.

Dispatch Time: All items that are in stock will be sent out the same day upon funds being paid and cleared before 13:00 on any working business day.

Any items purchased after 13:00 will be sent the next working business day.

Dispatch Method: We use Royal Mail 2nd class as our standard delivery, or Royal Mail 1st Class and a 24 hour courier service if you require your items more quickly. These can be paid for during check out proceedings.

Should you not be in at the time of delivery, you will be carded and it will be up to you to arrange re-delivery.

Delivery Charges: The prices quoted are for mainland UK.

Combined Shipping: We are happy to combine shipping on most items. Please request an invoice after purchase. This must be done before you complete your PayPal checkout process.

Returns: Items can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. They should be returned in the original packaging, together with a copy of the invoice/delivery note, and must state a valid reason for the return.
