It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate name and shipping address at the location they would like to receive their package. In the event the package is sent back to Home & Body Wellness via carrier due to the fact that the buyer provided inaccurate shipping information and the buyer requested to have the package resent to them with the correct shipping information, they will be responsible for the new shipping costs of the package. If the buyer requests a refund instead due to providing inaccurate shipping information, they will receive a partial refund after the original shipping cost is deducted from the total purchase regardless of free shipping or not. 

Once an order is processed and the package is sent to the shipping carrier, Home & Body Wellness has no control in stopping an order that is already in transit with the shipping carrier. Should a customer change their mind about an order once it's been sent to the shipping carrier, and wants a refund, it is their responsibility to message Home & Body Wellness concerning this matter. A partial refund will only be issued to the customer, once the package is sent back to Home & Body Wellness, unopened and unused, minus any fees that Home & Body Wellness may have incurred upon processing the order.
