Back reads “Bank by mail - The Western Savings Fund Society of Philadelphia - Incorporated 1847 - Wishing won't do it … Savings will.” Red, white, and blue advertising promo. No dents. Two smudges of paint, one front top, one back. Have seen these banks in other colors called All American Bank. First seen with advertising. Four rubber feet present.
