This is a nice EKC branded, mailed from G on AUG 21 1937, RPPC  - REAL  PHOTO POST CARD of the Main Street, Looking to the North, THEATER, Bills Place, Hardware and Drug Stores, up to the Elevator.  Old Cars too.    

Very Good to Excellent Used shape. Typical corner rounding and edge wear, no major faults.

Card shape descriptions are done to the Post Card trade standards: Mint is hard to find;

Near Mint has very little if any wear;

Excellent allows some wear and minor soiling;

Very Good is better than average;

Good is basically average;

Fair is to allow more wear than normal;

Poor is obvious.

We try to call out any tears, minor wrinkles are on most any card.

Creased means has been folded or badly bent.

Cut down cards are hardly ever sold by us, if so will be told as such.

Repros - destroyed, unless historic value - life is just to short for cheats!

Most old cards are about 3 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches.
