Why us Acousta-Fil PTX?

We use Acousta-Fil PTX as it is by far the best silencer filling you can use. 

It has a higher temperature threshold compared to cheaper fillers making it last longer.

Why do you need a silencer?

Most exhaust systems should have a silencer; This makes them more practical for day to day use and pass track side noise tests. 

The straight-through silencer will improve performance and power - improving your exhaust.

How is it made?

These superior 4" silencers are rotary pulse TIG welded at both ends to ensure they not only last a lifetime. 

They also look as good as they perform. If you’re producing a high quality exhaust system - Don’t let the quality of silencer used let it down.

FabCo silencers use revolutionary Acousta-fil, which is designed to expand and fill the whole void during a heat cycle, to offer the perfect level of sound absorption.

Acoustil-fil® is also lower in weight than traditional silencer sound absorption material, which is key on high performance cars.

PTX is rated to 720°C.

Available in several bore sizes.

Brushed Finish - 120 grit with the weld left in.
