It has a soft, dimpled poly fabric with light and comfortable padding. Quick release buckle at neck with safety-lock and velcro closures; metal d-ring for secure leash attachment. • XS - Neck 8"; Girth 11" (for most up to 6 pounds - puppies, Chihuahuas, Teacup Yorkies...)
• Small - Neck 13"; Girth 17" (for most up to 12 pounds - Yorkies, Papillons...)
• Medium - Neck 16"; Girth 22"(for most up to 23 pounds - Pugs, Frenchies...)
• Large - Neck 20"; Girth 26" (for most up to 37 pounds - Corgis, Cocker Spaniels...)
