A Vintage Piece of NEW OLD STOCK Beach Paper Tableware Cocktail Napkin - with Santa 

Decoupaged on to a Rustic Wood Slice

then I dusted with some "Snow Crystals", and trimmed on top with "Snow"

and then Tied off with Twine
