This coin continues the series "Cult Animals - Totems of Nomads". Its design is based on a combination of the naturalistic and stencil appearance of the depicted animal with an allegorical presentation under the "Saka animal style". The deer is one of the cult sacred animals in the beliefs of nomadic peoples. In the view of the proto-Türks, this totem was interpreted as the progenitor and served as a symbol of procreation.
The coins are made of cupronickel MH25 alloy (melchior) with the quality of workmanship "prоof-like". The gold-plating technology is applied on the coin with the quality of workmanship "proof-like".
On the obverse (obverse) of the coins, framed by national ornament, there are the year of minting, the denomination, the trademark of the Kazakhstan Mint. Along the circumference there is an inscription “QAZAQSTAN RESPÝBLIKASY • REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN”.
On the reverse side (reverse) of the coin there is a composition of a naturalistic and stencil image of a deer's head, in the upper part there is an inscription “BUǴY”. Along the perimeter there is a wide edging with decorative elements.
