If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or replacement as long as it is within 30 calendar days from the purchase date in order to avoid paying a restocking fee.
After 30 calendar days, any returns or replacements will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returned items MUST be shipped in the same condition and original packaging they were received. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs associated with the return.
Pre-paid shipping labels are available for a nominal fee, please contact us to inquire about our flat-fee return label.
Once a shipping label has been acquired, please return the item to the specified fulfillment center. Upon receipt of the item, our fulfillment center will inspect the item for any damages and/or modifications within 48 hours, and your refund will be immediately processed.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 5-7 business days for your credit to be posted to your account.
If warranty information is properly provided, replacements will be shipped from our fulfillment center usually within 24 hours.
