Payment

We accept payment by verified PayPal accounts with a registered address only.

Shipping & Delivery

All items will only be shipped to the buyer's address indicated in PayPal. Before making the purchase, please make sure that it is correctly set in your PayPal account.

We ship the items within 1-3 business days after the payment is cleared (we do not ship on weekends or holidays).

Items above $250 require signature confirmation of delivery.

For airmail option, or express mailing services such as FedEx and DHL, please contact us prior to making a payment.

Please note that external factors can occasionally delay the delivery. Industry strikes, holidays, local customs restriction, increased customs inspection and similar events all can delay the delivery date. If the item does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us so we can locate the item and solve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

We carefully inspect, test and pack all the items for delivery. However, if the item still happens to be defective, returns are accepted within 14 days after the buyer receives the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Item must be returned in its original package and corresponding accessories, otherwise it is not eligible for refund.

Refunds apply only to the value of the item, and exclude shipping costs, handling charges and insurance fees.

Buyer has an option to choose between a refund or a replacement item (given that the item is not the last one in stock).

Refunds/replacements will be issued once the return package arrives to our warehouse.

Customs Information

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
