Here is a hard cover book titled Thompson's Battalion And/Or The First Continental Infantry, compiled by Oscar H. Stroh, Lt. Col. USAR-Rtd and published in 1975 by Graphic Services in Harrisburg, PA, U.S.A. It is a First Edition. There is no ISBN. It is 51 pages in length and measures about 8.1 inches wide, 10.9 inches long and 0.4 inches thick. The book provides information about the evolution of the Thompson's Battalion from Pennsylvania in the latter part of the 1700's, and its role in the Revolution. It includes lists of its members with some historical notes. Black and white illustrations accompany the text.

Conditon: It is in good condition. There is minor soiling and edgewear to the cover with discoloured areas along the front borders. There is minor soiling to the outside of the page ends and endpapers. An addendum sheet has been attached to the inside of the back cover. The sheet is wrinkled and stained. A lengthy notation made in pen by the former owner of the book is on the front endpaper. It makes reference to the route discussed in the book. A small ink stain appears on the inside of the front cover. A few circular areas of light tanning are noted on the last page. The pages are intact and apart from what has been noted above, the pages are clean and unmarked by notations or highlighting. The book has been in storage for a number of years and may have a slight musty odour.
