This is a Tecomec "Made in Italy" OEM part number1028002D spinner anvil and is for spinning together 1/4", 3/8"LP (low profile) and .325 pitch chainsaw chain. This anvil (insert) works with Oregon, Tecomec, Efco & Windsor bench mounted chain spinners and replaces Oregon part# 38598 and is also compatible with the Central Machinery model 99835 combo breaker and spinner. This insert is sometimes referred to as the  "B" type anvil.
