The top of this set is marked a small with a 39" bust. 17" shoulder. 

Untied 33" waist.  The skirt is marked an 8 with an elastic waist 

resting at 26" up to 34".   50/50 rayon/ polyester.  Light

weight-breezy.  Oversize shoulder pads can be removed if. you wish.  

The top is one piece the shirt attached to the tee.
