Returns

Returns can be accepted if stated on the listing and only if the goods are deemed to be faulty or the listing is incorrect, please note NOT all items are returnable for various reason, see individual listing and returns.

Goods can only be returned within the terms of our returns policy, i.e. We MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt of item. If this is the case the item MUST be returned providing it is in its original condition with Tags/Labels still attached (including the packaging where it forms part of the goods, i.e. boxed items), any seals on the product remain unbroken & for hygiene or safety reasons have not been worn, opened or used.

I recommend that you return via recorded/signed postal service, it’s your responsibility to return items safely as I won’t be responsible for item’s lost or damaged in post/transit.

Once the item is returned in satisfactory condition I will cancel the order and process your refunds, minus the postage costs. Change of mind. post and returned postal charges are non refundable.

If an item is lost and a claim needs to be filed, then a refund will be given once I have received a decision from Royal Mail, this can take up to 6-8 weeks from the date of sale.
