1. Fit the feet size between 7.9inch-13.8inch in circumference.

Q1: The product doesn’t work

A1: The power is not connected or the plug is loose.-Reconnect the plug to the outlet.

A2: The power switch is not on or auto-shut-off timer turns it off-Press the power switch to turn on the massager.

A3: The hose has been folding-please to avoid folding the tube when packing.

A4: The color of the hose doesn't match-Please make sure the color match, Green-Green, Black -Black

Q2: Powerful/uncomfortable/Painful/Tight/Strong

A1: May wear the wraps too tight- When wearing the product, It is recommended to leave a gap available to put 4 fingers in it

A2: May choose the highest intensity at first-Choose the lower intensity at first
