The backs of the handles are stamped with Gorham's lion-anchor-G marks and with "Sterling", although the markings on one spoon are almost illegible.  Overall and other than as noted, these teaspoons are in excellent condition with no damage or problems.  They could use some additional polishing, particularly in the crevices.  As shown in the photos, the handle on one spoon has a three-letter monogram; perhaps, the letters, "MAR".  The other spoon has is not monogrammed.
