ALL ANALOG - THIS IS THE AAA SOURCED ANALOG SPARK PRESSING, not the current digitally sourced pressing.

180-gram vinyl

Mastered by Sean Magee from the original stereo tapes at Abbey Road Studios

Plated and pressed at Quality Record Pressings

Housed in Stoughton Tip On Jacket

"...this album is packed with powerful songs propelled by brothers Noel and Mike Hogan on guitar and bass and then there's (Dolores O'Riordan's) voice, so bold and forthright, yet vulnerable. ... You'll hear elements of Simple Minds, Modern English, U2 and of course The Smiths (the album was produced by The Smiths' producer Stephen Street) in the pleasingly icy guitar sound, bathed in reverb and the deep, full bass. ... Analog Spark issued this record before Ms. O'Riordan's sudden death after which it quickly sold out but now it's back in stock." Music = 9/11; Sound = 9/11 — Michael Fremer

First widely available vinyl release after being out of print on vinyl for more than 24 years. Cut from the original stereo tapes by Sean Magee at Abbey Road Studios. 180-gram LP plated and pressed at QRP. Housed in a Stoughton old style tip-on gatefold jacket. Includes singles "Dreams" and "Linger."

"Lead guitarist Noel Hogan is in many ways the true center of the band at this point, co-writing all but three songs with Dolores O'Riordan and showing an amazing economy in his playing, and having longtime Smiths/Morrissey producer Stephen Street behind the boards meant that the right blend of projection and delicacy still held sway." — AllMusic

Here are customer reviews of this pressing:

1) Incredible pressing, impressive sound, it sounds very very big,Audiophile 100 % . For this vinyl I discovered the Cranberries and the incredible Dolores O'Riordan and it made me look for more works from the band
Five stars deserved
2) Just wow. Got this for Christmas when this version came out. Haven’t played it in an awhile and wow, does it sound amazing.
3) A delightful listening experience! I wonder why the band didn't re-release their other albums with Analog spark, even better than the 25th anniversary edition. My copy is perfect in every way, Dolores' voice shines like in any other vinyl. The gatefold is sturdy, hard, high quality. If you don't own this edition, give it a try, being a fan or not, you won't be dissapointed.
4) One of the best audiophile experiences I had in years
5) One of the best sounding pressings in my collection. So lively.
6) This pressing sounds so full of life. Happy listening y’all
7) Not much to say that already haven't been said about this release. Simply 5 stars for me. Flawless audiophile pressing as everyone should be
