Digital Aquarium Wif pH Tester ORP Redox Meter wifi Output Relay pH Orp Monitor for Water Quality

Funtion

This 2-in-1 WIFI pH & ORP controller and monitor simultaneously measures and displays both pH value and redox value (ORP). It comes with 2 BNC electrodes (pH and redox) and 2 output power sockets. Both electrodes are detachable, they can be replaced easily at any time. As for the relay output power sockets, you can plug in your own 110V/ 220V device to it, e.g. air outlet stone, O3 ozoniser, oxygen pump, CO2-regulator, electromagnetic valve and other ORP & pH control devices. Simply set the desired Hi/ Low pH/redox values in the controller. It will turn on your device if the currently measured pH or Redox value is lower than your set value, and it will turn off your device if the measured value is higher than your set value.

Operation and Clibration:

Calibration steps:
pH calibration:
In pH6.86 Calibration solution
1.Connecting AC power supply. Immerse the ph electrode in a pH6.86 buffer solution, and gently shake it until the reading to stabilize.
2.Long press [b] ,until the indicator light of “pH” flashes.PH6.86 is shown in the first line.
3.(1)Short press [a] to exit the current mode if the calibration of ph6.86 is not performed. Then the device returns to measurement mode.
(2)Short press [c] to complete the calibration of pH 6.86 when the reading of the second line is stable if the calibration of ph6.86 is performed. Then the device automatically returns to measurement mode.
4.The calibration of pH6.86 is completed.
In pH4.00 Calibration solution
1.Connecting AC power supply.Immerse the ph electrode in a pH 4.00 buffer solution, and gently shake it until the reading to stabilize.
2.Long press [e],until the indicator light of “pH” flashes.pH 4.00 is shown in the first line.
3.(1)Short press [a] to exit the current mode if the calibration of pH 4.00 is not performed. Then the device returns to measurement mode.
(2)Short press [c] to complete the calibration of pH 4.00 when the reading of the second line is stable if the calibration of ph4.00 is performed. Then the device automatically returns to measurement mode.
4.The calibration of pH 4.00 is completed.
ORP calibration:
This meter has been accurately precalibrated for mV range at the factory. and there is no need for users to calibrate.
Connecting device:
Ensure the device and phone connect the same WIFI.
Register and log in.
In the interface of My Device, click “…” in the upper right corner, and click Add Device.
Enter the WiFi ID and the password. Then click Next.
Enter the interface of module type selection.Click ESP.
Long press [a] of the ph-803W until the WiFi signal flashes.Check "Steps have been completed" and click Next.
After reaching 100%,you can check the device successfully connected to the Internet in the interface of My devices.Clicking the device, you can view the reading of pH and ORP as well as the on-off condition of the power control box.
After the device is connected to the Internet, click "... "in the upper right corner. , you can rename the device in the interface of Settings Device Information. You can check the readings of your bound device anywhere through the phone.
Attention:
Calibrating again after long time break
Keep the water not over the probe.
Application:
This device is suitable for aquarium, hydroponics planting, fish farming and tank and pool.

Precautions:

1. The electrode must be calibrated with a standard buffer solution is known ORP value before measurement.

2. The electrode socket must maintain a high degree of clearing standard and drying.

3. After the measurement is measured and measured, it is applied to the ion water cleaning electrode to ensure measurement accuracy.

4. The electrode will cause passivation after long-term use, and the phenomenon is a decrease in sensitive gradient. The response is slow, and the reading is not allowed. At this time, the lower end of the electrode can be soaked in 0.1M dilute hydrochloric acid for 24 hours, but use 3MKCl solution Mechanically soaked in a few hours to restore performance.

5. Electrode pollution or liquid surface clogging, the electrodes can be encapsulated, at this time, the following table (for reference) should be cleaned in accordance with the properties of the contaminant.

Pollutant cleaning

Inorganic metal oxide

Lower than 1M dilute hydrochloric acid

Organic grease substance

hydrogen peroxide

6. The use cycle of the electrode is about a year, and the new electrode should be replaced in time after aging.
