Q1: The unit does not focus well enough to see clearly. Am I using it incorrectly？
A1: It will not be focused if you keep the lens too close to the object. can try to pull the lens a litter further away.
Q2: It gets a blue screen when I go to take pictures. What's the cause?
A2: Please make sure all the cables are connected properly first and fully charge the endoscope, then turn off the endoscope, take out the TF card and reinsert it. Finally, restart the endoscope. If the problem still remains, please ask us to get the solution.
