SHIPPING - Most of the items I sell are fragile and either porcelain or glass. I take extra care boxing and packing your item to ensure it arrives safely in one piece and I allow for that in my shipping quote. Occasionally despite my best efforts a piece may arrived damaged, in those rare cases I will quickly refund your money.

PLEASE NOTE: most of my items are vintage or antique and may have wear or crazing consistent with the age of the piece. I try to notate obvious conditions issues such as cracks or chips, but please review my photos carefully and make your own assessment.
