Your payment is expected at the time of completing
a "Buy It Now" through eBay. 

Shipping

We
ship three times a week to ensure fast delivery. Shipping days are Monday,
Wednesday and Friday. We try our best to stay competitive and accurate on cost
and do not profit from any shipping fees paid by our customers. We ship
worldwide and are able to offer lower prices to Canada. Due to recent changes
with eBay and PayPal we are no longer able to offer shipping to Russia. All
packages domestic and international include a tracking number. If you purchase
more than one item at a time they will ship together in the same package. We
will also issue a refund for the difference if the actual shipping cost is less
than you paid.

Terms of Sale

We reserve the right to refuse sale at our
discretion. Message us if you have any problems. If you are not 100% happy with
your purchase you can return it for a refund (minus shipping and a 10%
restocking fee). We offer a 1 year limited warranty with each machine. Customer
pays for shipping to and from. Warranty covers time repairing the machine. If
replacement parts are needed they will be offered at a discounted price. Also
covers basic set-up and tuning. Machine must be fully intact without any severe
damage. Please message us before shipping out the machine. Do not tamper with
the items - this will void your ability to return it. We sell American items
that will not fit Chinese, European or any other metric machines. Do not use
our parts with anything other than 8-32 American thread. Visible damage such as
force with use of pliers and other tools warrants an item that is no longer new

commitment to detail has allowed us to grow our business and product line
substantially since officially starting Forward Tattoo Supply in 2007. We
started with a simple tattoo machine re-build service and have since grown into
a tattoo machine and parts force in the industry. We offer many items you can't
find anywhere else such as our various side plates and themed machines. With
additional parts options like blackened binding posts, drop down bases, solder
lugs and even solid brass and 1018 steel stock we are the most diverse tattoo
